Quality additives for electroplating – made in Germany
We manufacture organic substances exclusively for use in electroplating. Our customers are local and international electroplating specialist companies that develop electroplating processes with our "Dicolloy" products and with substances from other chemical manufacturers and supply them to surface finishing companies.
You probably have the first contact with our products every day shortly after getting up, perhaps when you reach for your doorknob, your belt buckle or the shower fitting. As soon as YOU touch a high quality surface, e.g. metallic luster or satin finish, there is a good chance that the brightness level, anti-corrosion, color tone, wear resistance, electrical properties or perhaps the anti-allergic coating is made with electroplating additives that are obtained with our organic products. That has been achieved by our customers who are specialized electroplating companies using our products.
We use only pure raw materials to manufacture our products, and our highly efficient synthetic processes enable the creation of performance-driven organic chemicals. We support our customers in process development with our products and with formulation proposals to meet the high market requirements and
precisely meet the expectations of our customers.
From the smallest scale to bulk manufacturing
We research, develop and synthesise organic raw materials and speciality chemicals. Our products are used in the surface treatment of metals, plastics, glass and ceramics in all imaginable industries. We also offer our customers job order processing of their own formulations, along with joint product development and the modification of standard chemicals for the electroplating industry. The lots we produce and package for our customers vary as widely as their needs. At times we synthesise very small amounts in our development laboratory; at others, we produce entire ISO containers or tanker truck loads in our large-scale glass reactors which are unique in Germany.
Ultimate performance for enhanced quality of life
In our plant in Haan, we focus on researching trendsetting alternative substances and processes that are superior to the accepted standards in terms of environmental compatibility. As a result, a coating with an additive we have developed can be applied to the teeth of a conventional zipper to make it hypoallergenic or simply more durable. Processors can be coated for improved heat transfer and wind turbines can produce energy more efficiently. We achieve all of this by making minor changes to the molecular structure of surface coatings, with effects that must not be underestimated.
